Headlining the list is Justice George Odunga of the High Court of Machakos who made his name at the Constitutional and Human Rights Division with landmark rulings on petitions against government overreach.
Justices Francis Tuiyott, Hellen Omondi, Weldon Korir, Mbogholi Msagha, and Aggrey Muchelule were also elevated by the JSC, the judges and magistrates appointing body.
Others are Lady Justice Jesse Lesiit, Lady Justice Mumbi Ngugi, and Justice Joel Mwaura.
University Don Dr. Kibaya Imaana Laibuta was also endorsed by the apex body to join the second highest court in the land.
